The Writers Strike To Cost $21.3 Million Per Day

The LA Times is reporting that the writers strike should be costing Los Angeles’ economy over $20 million dollars a day. On Hollywood Blvd on Tuesday was a congretation of over 4,000 protesters marching. The march included the Writers Guild of America and the Screen Actors Guild.

“If the strike continues it’s going to have a huge impact on the local economy and middle-class jobs,” FilmL.A. President Steve MacDonald said Tuesday.
