Great job on this PopSnap show! Media Temple has had rumors going around that their servers fail. Is that true? How are they going to change their image?

I heard this too @xcaliber6 and as Chris says at the end they are working on something that is going to launch soon. One thing Media Temple is great at, with their PR, is they always find ways to make up for their flaws.
